I know the audio/video sucks, but its all I have to work with. This is my 06′ Lexus IS350 with the Mark Levinson, navigation, and luxury package. I have a Boston SPG555 in the Boston ported enclosure and a Boston GT-28 amp mounted to the top of the trunk. The spg555 in 2 ohm and handles 1000 wrms, the GT-28 does 1350 wrms. It has dynamat extreme under my rear deck, 4 gauge wiring, and custom bass contol knobs. I’ve been really impressed with the setup so far, its not quite as loud as my 15’s were, but it sounds amazing and integrates well with my Mark Levinson system. More upgrades coming soon… Please comment!

I have a kenwood KAC-9102D mono amp http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_5901…
and i also have two JBL GTO1214d 4ohm dvc Subwoofer http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_1386… how would i wire the Subwoofer up to the amp? I was thinking wiring the voice coils in series and then wiring them in parallel to the amp. that would be a 4 ohm load right. Would that work? The amp has a spot where i can hook up two Subwoofer could i put one sub to each terminal and still get the 4 ohm load or wire them both together in parallel to just one terminal and how many watts rms will each subwoofer be getting? I'm thinking 250 watts rms right?
The method you're describing is the best way to do it. You'd end up with a 4-ohm load at the amplifier; each sub would get 250 watts RMS. The speaker terminals on the amplifier are wired together internally in parallel, so there's no difference between connecting each sub to a speaker terminal vs. connecting both subs to the same terminals. Either way the two subs will be wired in parallel.
