how does longer air travel in a subwoofer enclosure affect bass?
In some boxes, the air has to go to the back of the box and then toward the middle and then comes out to the front port, some they travel a lot more than that before the air from the sub gets to come out, kind of like a really long zig zag tunnel,how does that affect the bass?
It really shouldnt…if anything the subs may be a little "sloppier"…but not much if anything…usually unless someone made a box by themselves really badly…a sub box should be made mostly the way it should…

How to make a good dual 12" sealed subwoofer enclosure?
